Alto has had several questions about the recent Boil Water Advisory that the District of Lake Country Posted yesterday March 12^th. This advisory does not affect Alto Utilities customers. Alto’s source is from a deep aquifer located on the valley floor and is separate from The District of Lake Country. The interactive Water Source Map that the District provided is a little confusing, but if you click on the legend (upper right) you will see that the Beaver Lake source is colour coded in teal green and doesn’t extend to Alto Utilities Service Area.
